The Toolox series of materials is a new type of pre-hardened tool steel with high toughness, high wear resistance, and basically no internal stress. It also has a very high purity, very small grain size, and very high S and P content. Less, less precipitated carbide content, and very uniform. Due to the special composition design, Toolox series materials have very excellent surface treatment performance, of which Toolox44 surface hardness after nitriding can reach HRC65 above, Toolox40 surface hardness can reach HRC62 above, The surface hardness of Toolox33 can reach above HRC58 and the depth is up to 1.8mm.
The above characteristics of the Toolox series of materials make the Toolox series of materials have special advantages in the application of some stamping dies.
1) Thick steel plate (35mm steel plate with punching and shearing thickness in typical cases), stainless steel plate, and non-ferrous metal plate stamping molds, air conditioner fin molds are more typical.

The higher the manufacturing and assembly accuracy and the higher the surface roughness level of the working part, the higher the durability of the stamping die.
